We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the hotel grounds. It was compact, which made it convenient to get around. The highlight for us was the cozy lobby where we made friends with other guests from all over the world. The lobby café had great service and the reception staff were always helpful. Our room was clean and provided us with a great view of the sea. The hotel's pool, especially during autumn rain, was incredibly romantic. The on-site masseurs and the Hamam added to the overall relaxation. The food was fresh and delicious, and we can't wait to visit again in the spring to experience the orange paradise nearby.

The hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi and a free breakfast buffet which had a decent variety of options. The location was convenient as it was within walking distance of several attractions. The room had a nice view of the city.
The cleanliness of the room was below average as there were stains on the bedding and bathroom fixtures. The staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in providing assistance.

Had a great Christmas break at a lovely hotel. We loved the beautiful sea views from our spacious and clean room, and the heated pool was a fantastic bonus for chilly December days. the hotel was located in a great spot, close to some of the best restaurants and shops in the area.
The food was a bit hit or miss. Some dishes were great, but others were not up to scratch.

We recently stayed at a hotel not far from Cleopatra beach, which is lovely. the location was quite peaceful and there was no entertainment, which was perfect for us. the room was kept clean to a high standard and the service was very responsive. the breakfast was acceptable with a wide selection available. We had a pleasant view from our room and the pool was very nice to look at.
The limited all-inclusive drinks consisting of beer, wine, vodka, and soft drinks were not satisfactory.

This hotel is an impeccable venue for those who are seeking a luxurious stay. the outdoor and indoor swimming pools, aqua park, sun loungers, and access to the beachfront make for an exclusive experience. the spa and wellness centre, sauna, spa lounge, steam room, and Turkish bath are some of the additional amenities that fulfil every need for relaxation and rejuvenation.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of English-speaking staff, which could sometimes make communication a little challenging. Nonetheless, the excellent service, restaurant, bar/lounge area and other private facilities more than made up for it.

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to the nearby town, which is very convenient. Another great aspect is the availability of a spa and Turkish bath, which were a real treat. The room was comfortable and had a balcony with a great view.
The food was average and not very varied, with some dishes being repeated throughout the day. The beach was not clean and was rocky, not suitable for swimming.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the service was exceptional, and we found the Spa & wellness centre to be world, class. the indoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath were our favorites. the outdoor swimming pool area was very well, maintained with lots of sun loungers and beach umbrellas.
We encountered only one minor issue during our stay; the entertainment was not up to par.
